Suburban Studios Macon North

Came into town for my daughter’s wedding and this hotel was on their website. I’m a lifetime platinum rewards member with Marriott, but for the occasion I wanted to be around everyone else, and canceled my reservation. For the price point I have no complaints, only praise. The staff was professional, concise and helpful. The only areas of opportunity were the wet carpet smell in one room, and my son couldn’t get the sofa bed to close in the other one. Besides that we came for a good time and a wedding and that’s what was had. Your establishment was a good stay.

We enjoyed our home for the several months we were there And will absolutely miss everyone! Ms Carla, hands down best management I've ever seen at any hotel. She goes above and beyond in every way imaginable. Ms Jennifer always greeted my kids everyday after school with her warm smile and friendly conversation. Asia and Tayquan always made sure we had everything we needed and were amazing also. We also adored Tyson while he was there. Mr Carry and Adrian always kept the place looking great and always helped with fixing anything I needed. Literally the best staff ever and we certainly are going to miss every single one of them. Thank y'all for everything! You can't beat the prices for everything you get, including a full kitchen with stove AND oven, full size fridge, huge sink, dishwashers are hit or miss but if you get one that works it's great! We had a huge room and they accommodated us with that room after it became available finally and it was perfect for us. Great location close to grocery stores, gas stations, shopping, and tons of restaurants to choose from. People tend to complain because of transients but it's literally a extended stay hotel and all different type of people come and it's not right for others to look down on people for living in a hotel and making it a home. I've met wonderful people there and seriously again will miss this place so much

My experience at Suburban Studios was great. The customer service was excellent and the rooms and grounds were clean. Special thanks to Adrian Curry for his kindness and excellent customers services. The young man was very professional and he went out of his way to help me.

I have been staying here for over 6 months while I’m waiting on my home to finish being built after my last one sold earlier than expected and I love it here. Everyone is so great and friendly, it’s quiet, clean and not to mention affordable…… highly recommended!!!!

The hotel was perfect for our need as we were visiting family. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Asya was friendly and welcomed us in with a big smile.

A lot has changed since my last visit a few years ago, for starters the staff now is very hospitable, they are nice and met all of my needs. Nothing is every perfect but if ever I had an issues while staying there it was immediately addressed. The rooms are very spacious, we had 2 a single & a double and honestly the double was large enough to fit our entire family. My only complaint is the internet good gracious it's slow but Ms Carla the manager & Ms Jennifer was such a joy. When we come back to GA we will for certain stay there again.

I found it to a near perfect accommodation at a very good price. Now I have to disclose that since checking in, I have not needed anything from the front desk and I found the gal that checked me in very helpful and efficient. I found my room to be very clean and in good condition. All the bedding was clean and in good condition. Yeah the TV could have been a little bigger and I wish there were pots & plates provided for the kitchenette, but it wasn't a huge deal. The furniture was in good condition and not outdated in the least. One thing you tend to see at extended stays at competitive price points is issues with the other people staying here........and so far it looks like an overall decent place to stay. Had a child running down the hallway screaming but she was just happy to see her mother so no big deal and a guy knocked on a neighbors door all pissed off but whatever it was didn't escalate. No police or loud music or drama and I like that. Look when I leave a review I'm objective. For the price I found this place's high average score to be well deserved. It was a really good place at a really good price and the hotel is well maintained. Yes, the elevator is out but most of us can use the exercise. I never felt like the absence of an elevator was a big deal. I enjoyed staying here for the week that I did, and I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in town.
